Botanical formula
Seven warming botanical oils and a magnesium mineral mist with four botanical waters. No preservatives. No fillers. Developed with physiotherapists and chiropractors.

Cocos nucifera
A deeply conditioning base that ensures smooth, lasting glide across the skin during application. Coconut oil allows the active warming botanicals to be delivered evenly without friction, while leaving skin nourished and comfortable after the massage is complete.
Key actives: Lauric acid, Medium-chain fatty acids

Raphanus sativus
Light and fast-absorbing, radish seed oil provides the slip needed for effective focused massage without leaving a heavy residue. It is the delivery vehicle that makes the other actives work without friction — ensuring the warming botanicals reach the target muscle area efficiently.
Key active: Erucic acid, Linoleic acid

Piper nigrum
Piperine, the primary active compound in black pepper, has documented vasodilatory activity — it increases peripheral microcirculation when applied topically with massage. Improved local circulation supports the removal of metabolic waste products that accumulate in fatigued muscle tissue.
Key active: Piperine (vasodilatory)

Zingiber officinale
Gingerols and shogaols are the bioactive compounds responsible for ginger's warming effect and its documented inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis — one of the pathways involved in the sensation of muscle soreness. Applied topically during focused massage, it promotes natural heat and helps ease the feeling of tightness.
Key actives: Gingerols, Shogaols

Lavandula angustifolia
Linalool and linalyl acetate act on GABA-A receptors in the skin — producing a genuine calming effect on the nervous response to tension. It balances the intensity of the warming ingredients and ensures the blend does not overwhelm sensitive skin during application.
Key actives: Linalool, Linalyl acetate

Brassica alba
Allyl isothiocyanate, the active compound in mustard, is a known TRPV1 activator — the same receptor pathway involved in the perception of heat and the counter-irritant effect. It encourages microcirculation and revitalises fatigued tissue with a genuine warming stimulus.
Key active: Allyl isothiocyanate (TRPV1)

Cinnamomum camphora
Provides a comforting, sustained warmth that supports the overall thermogenic effect of the blend on the target area. Works synergistically with ginger, pepper, and mustard to create a layered warming profile that builds gradually and lasts through the massage and beyond.
Key active: Camphor (TRPV1 activation)

Magnesium chloride solution
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic processes in the body, including muscle contraction and relaxation. Applied transdermally before the oil — particularly on warm, prepared skin — it provides the mineral foundation that underpins the warming ritual and supports the muscle comfort process.
Key active: Magnesium ions

Zingiber officinale root water
Extends the warming and circulation-supporting effect of ginger into the mist phase, preparing the muscle tissue before oil application. The water-soluble ginger compounds activate the surface response and create the thermal priming layer for Step 2.
Key active: Water-soluble gingerol compounds

Piper nigrum fruit water
Invigorates the skin and primes peripheral circulation, complementing the warming oils in Step 2. Creates the initial stimulating signal at the skin surface that prepares the muscle area for the deeper-acting oil blend.
Key active: Water-soluble piperine traces

Dittrichia viscosa extract
A plant traditionally used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern alternative medicine for its anti-inflammatory and tissue-soothing properties. Valued in herbal practice for centuries for muscular comfort — it calms the skin surface and supports the transition from exercise stress to recovery.
Key actives: Sesquiterpene lactones, Inulavosin
Application
Both steps matter — and the order matters. Best results come from post-workout use on warm, clean skin after a shower.
Spray 3–4 times directly onto the target area. Leave for 20 seconds. Do not wipe off.
Warm 4–5 drops between your palms. Apply to the same area with firm, focused circular movements for 5–10 minutes.
Cover the area with a cloth for 10 minutes after application to extend the warming effect and deepen penetration.

Targeted topical application to sore, tight, or fatigued muscles — either after physical training or during general daily muscle tension from desk work or physical labour. It is not a holistic massage oil for full-body relaxation sessions.
Regular massage oils are formulated for full-body relaxation. Muscle Care Blend is a targeted two-step system — a magnesium mineral mist and a warming botanical oil blend — applied directly to specific areas of muscle discomfort with a focused therapeutic protocol.
The blend was developed in collaboration with physiotherapists and chiropractors specialising in alternative medicine, who defined both the ingredient selection and the two-step application protocol.
Yes — a light application to areas prone to tension can be used as a pre-workout warm-up ritual. The best results, however, come from post-workout use on warm, clean skin when absorption is highest.
No. Every ingredient is botanical or mineral in origin. There are no synthetic fragrances, preservatives, or fillers.
The two-step system is designed to work together. The magnesium mist prepares the tissue and supports mineral absorption before the warming oil is applied. Using both steps gives the most complete result.
