Botanical formula
Seven targeted botanical oils with soybean carrier and five steam-distilled botanical waters. No preservatives. No fillers. Every ingredient selected with physiotherapists for joint comfort.

Glycine soja (soybean)
The botanical base carrier for all active oils in this blend. Soybean oil's light texture and high unsaturated fatty acid content ensure smooth delivery of the active botanical compounds across the joint area without leaving a heavy residue.
Key actives: Linoleic acid, Vitamin E

Eruca sativa
Rich in glucosinolates and erucic acid, arugula seed oil supports local circulation and prepares the tissue for delivery of the other active botanicals. It contributes a stimulating, revitalising effect on the skin and superficial tissue around the joint area.
Key actives: Glucosinolates, Erucic acid

Linum usitatissimum
Cold-pressed linseed (flax) oil provides a concentrated source of alpha-linolenic acid — one of the most potent plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. Its documented anti-inflammatory properties complement the other active compounds in the blend, supporting tissue comfort from within the lipid medium.
Key active: Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)

Momordica charantia
Rich in alpha-eleostearic acid — a conjugated fatty acid with documented antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Bitter melon has been used in traditional medicine across Asia and the Middle East specifically for joint and inflammatory conditions, contributing both anti-inflammatory support and deep tissue nourishment.
Key active: Alpha-eleostearic acid

Laurus nobilis
Contains 1,8-cineole (eucalyptol) and linalool — compounds with documented anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity in topical application. Laurel has been used in Mediterranean herbal medicine for centuries for joint stiffness. It provides warmth, improved local circulation, and a soothing effect on tense tissue around joints.
Key actives: 1,8-Cineole (eucalyptol), Linalool

Cinnamomum camphora
A TRPV1 activator — the same receptor pathway responsible for the perception of therapeutic heat. Camphor has one of the longest documented histories of topical use for joint and muscle relief across both Eastern and Western herbal traditions. It creates the sustained warming sensation associated with genuine joint relief through a real receptor mechanism.
Key active: Camphor (TRPV1 activation)

Curcuma longa
Curcumin — the primary bioactive compound in turmeric — is one of the most studied natural anti-inflammatory compounds in biochemistry, with over 12,000 published studies. Its primary mechanism is inhibition of NF-κB, the master regulator of the inflammatory response in tissue. In a lipid vehicle, curcumin's bioavailability is at its maximum.
Key active: Curcumin, NF-κB inhibition

Lepidium sativum
Rich in glucosinolates and erucic acid, garden cress has documented stimulating and circulation-promoting properties in topical application. It contributes to the blend's warming and revitalising effect on the skin and superficial tissue around the joint, supporting the delivery of the other active compounds.
Key actives: Glucosinolates, Erucic acid

Lepidium sativum water
Gently stimulates and tones the skin, enhancing the warming action of the oils and preparing the tissue for better absorption in Step 2. One of the primary botanical actives in the mist phase, it creates the foundation for the oil ritual that follows.
Key active: Lepidium sativum phytochemicals

Citrullus colocynthis water
Traditionally valued across Mediterranean and Middle Eastern alternative medicine for joint comfort and tissue support. From the same botanical family as bitter melon (Cucurbitaceae), colocynth water supports the skin's natural response and soothes areas of surface discomfort before the warming oil is applied.
Key active: Cucurbitacin compounds

Dittrichia viscosa
Traditionally valued across Mediterranean and Middle Eastern alternative medicine for its anti-inflammatory and calming properties. Used for centuries specifically for joint tension and skin comfort. One of the botanically most significant ingredients in the mist phase.
Key actives: Sesquiterpene lactones, Inulavosin

Cinnamomum camphora water
Provides the initial mild warming signal that prepares the joint area before the oil application. Works synergistically with the camphor extract in the oil phase — the mist warming prepares the tissue, the oil camphor sustains and deepens it.
Key active: Camphor traces

Curcuma longa water
Carries water-soluble turmeric compounds to the skin surface, complementing the oil-phase curcumin. Extends the anti-inflammatory botanical profile into the hydrosol mist, delivering a dual-phase curcuminoid delivery system across both steps of the ritual.
Key active: Curcuminoid traces
Application
Step 1 applies first — Step 2 follows immediately after. The order matters. Use twice daily: morning and evening.
Spray several times directly onto the affected joint area. Leave for 20–30 seconds. Do not wipe off.
Warm a sufficient amount between your palms. Apply to the same joint area with firm, circular massage movements for approximately 10 minutes.
After massage, wrap the joint area with a soft cotton cloth for 10–15 minutes. This helps the oils penetrate deeper and extends the warming effect.

Targeted topical application to joints experiencing discomfort, stiffness, or reduced ease of movement — whether from daily wear, physical activity, or chronic discomfort. Applied directly to the specific joint that needs attention, not across the whole body.
Regular massage oils are formulated for full-body relaxation sessions. Joint Care Blend is a targeted two-step therapeutic ritual — botanical mist first, warming oil second — designed for the specific joint that needs attention, with a protocol developed by physiotherapists.
The blend is formulated with botanicals that have documented anti-inflammatory and comfort-supporting properties. If you have a diagnosed chronic condition, always consult your healthcare professional before adding any topical product to your routine.
The warming effect and immediate comfort sensation are typically felt during and after the first application. For visible improvement in stiffness and ease of movement, consistent twice-daily use over 2-4 weeks gives the most meaningful results.
Yes — once or twice per week as a maintenance ritual supports joint integrity and helps reduce the cumulative mechanical wear that comes with regular high-intensity training.
The two-step system is designed to work together. The botanical mist prepares the skin and activates the tissue response before the oil is applied. Using both steps consistently gives the most complete and effective result.
